100_Geometry Lessons

In collaboration with artist Ira Lombardia

"Lessons in Geometry" by Ira Lombardía was presented at CCEMx as part of PhotoEspaña_FOTOSEPTIEMBRE 2024, exploring how shapes and images challenge cultural and visual paradigms.

Through the exhibition, Lombardía invites viewers to reflect on the transformation of visual language in the digital age and its impact on our perception of the world.

The exhibition focuses on three key geometric shapes, each carrying a distinct representation:

Pyramid: Critiques hegemonic models and power structures in society.

Square: Represents intellectual utopia and the influence of minimalism in education and art.

Circle: Symbolizes the transmission of knowledge, the ecology of images, and connections to ancestral cultures.
